I'm delighted that a selection of my work has taken part in the Common Ground exhibition, curated by Larry Gallery in two locations in the charming city of Kortrijk, Belgium.

Path To Inspiration
My art is an exploration of fleeting moments in both urban and natural landscapes. I am particularly drawn to scenes that reflect a distant or faint human presence, whether in a bustling city street or along a quiet horizon.
Optimism runs through my work. After a childhood during Lebanon's civil war and a long career in international news, I turned to painting as a way to focus not on turbulence, but on beauty and connection. I strive to create a sense of timelessness, where each painting is an invitation to pause, to look more closely, and to rediscover the poetry of everyday life.
